Ok ok.. This post is supposed to be about AAR...
But its just too damn long to complete it in 1 post..
So im gonna get this out of the way first....
About a month ago, I joined another band in uni...
And about 2 weeks ago, my guitarist, Robin wrote a song...
we worked on it for about a week or two
and we finally completed the whole thing. Together with the 2nd guitar part and drums
And out of nowhere, one day Robin received a phone call
From Tiffanie, Tan Sri's daughter
asking him to gather us and head to the studio the next day to record the song.
It was overwhelming.
I literally couldnt sleep that nite..
So we headed into the studio the next day at around 12 something..
Spent the entire day in there.
We finished recording at around 9pm
9 hours in the studio
But we finished the entire thing
Went back that nite,
Farique took everything back home to remaster it.
According to him, he had to work until 3 in the morning to finish up everything
But yea.. At the end of the day...
We got our hands on the finish product.
And we're very very proud of it
The launching of the compilation album would be next month..
And we're set to perform at the event..
Farique even said he'll try to get them to do a MV for it...
No idea, but we're keeping out fingers crossed...
Most of the pics here are just Robin laying down the vocals..
coz tat was the onli time i was free to snap away... :D
